Make Your Drivers Feel Special with Letters in Horizon Compliance

One of the least used features in Horizon Compliance is that of handling form letters and it's too bad because this is one feature that can be used for so much more than just driver letters.

For one, you can have three standard letter formats: maybe you use one for regular letters with the company logo on it, another with a copy of someone's signature for quick printing and then maybe another for a Certificate layout so you can print out complimentary notices for your drivers on their anniversaries or other special occasions.

The trucking industry often cites lower driver moral as a key reason for high driver turn-over. You can fight this easily in your own company by showing your drivers that you appreciate their work. And it doesn't have to take a special effort to do it.

What it DOES take is some time to get your letters initially set up with the content you want in it - but if you've already gotten those written up, you can easily cut and paste them into Horizon Compliance and take advantage of it.

The link noted in this topic takes you to the Compliance documentation page about how to create form letters.
