Are you current with your MTI Software?
At MTI, we try to keep down releases to a regular schedule however there are times when something is reported that needs to be updated immediately.
As a result, a patch will be posted online but not advertised to the entire user community. Instead, we'll notify the customers who have reported these issues to us.
If you don't do it regularly, it's always a good idea to run the Horizon Installation Manager to see what's been updated. The most current versions of core Horizon products are:
Horizon Core Services: 2.0.19
Horizon Circle of Service: 2.0.32
Horizon Compliance: 2.0.58
Horizon Dispatch: 2.0.95
Horizon Billing: 2.0.58
Horizon Settlements : 2.0.31
Horizon Trip Interface: 2.0.38
Horizon Vehicle Maintenance: 2.0.87
Horizon Tire Tracking: 2.0.11
Horizon Translator: 2.0.11
If you are running older versions than these, please be sure to update. It keeps everything running much smoother on your system.
