Measuring Success with ExecView

One of the biggest challenges facing any company is success measurement. How do you know when things are going well and perhaps, more importantly, how do you know when things aren't?

ExecView by MTI gives you a company report card, a place where you can see critical factors to your company's success, chosen by you. These report cards are basic HTML pages and can be viewed by any web browser, even when not connected to the Internet.

ExecView was first implemented at PDQ Transit, where Joe Moore, General Operations Manager called it "the most phenomenal management tool I have ever seen." Combined with instant notification, ExecView makes sure that everyone is aware of what makes their company succeed.

How Do You Know What's Important?
ExecView comes with over 100 industry standard measurements, including avg revenue per day, driver turnover and total loaded/empty miles for the current month. These measurements pull information from all aspects of Horizon, including Dispatch, Billing, Settlements, Trip Reporting and Vehicle Maintenance. You choose the measurements that mean the most to your company's operations.

MTI can also customize the measurements to work better in your business.

Different Views of Key Information
ExecView provides two different views: a Detail view where all of your measurements are broken into different sections on a report and a Summary view, where key measurements from each section appear side by side. The Detail view is also archived daily so you can review your entire company's report card history whenever you want.

Visual and Email Notification
It's great to track information but how do you let people know when you're doing well? With ExecView, you can set up a low and high target for each statistic. When you go below your target, the measurement is highlighted in one color. When you go above, highlight it with yet another. This type of visual notification makes critical details stick out on the page.

You can also set up ExecView to send emails when a target isn't hit. Emails can be set up to provide only a single line response (ideal for pagers or cell phones) or fully detailed descriptions, including lists of customers or other critical information.

Not Specific to Horizon
One of ExecView's key features is that it is not exclusive to Horizon information. Companies can have information pull from spreadsheets, databases or even other information systems in their business.

Pricing
The ExecView service is normally priced at $2500 but until August 31st, 2004, it is included in the MTI Summer sale for only $2000.

The core service includes the built-in measurements and the ability to configure the email notifications directly. Additional customization is available for $125/ hr by MTI professional services.
